However, there might be a particular software program you might
want to use for your work that might not be on your work PC.
Using software your are comfortable with, but using your laptop
to do it, I think, would solve the problem. That, combined with
the next generation of cell phones, when the services becomes
more widely available in the next few years, would be the way
to do it. Almost every ISP allows access to their Email servers
from outside their networks, so you could use your ISP Email
as your work Email, using this method. Depending on security
policy, you might even be able to access your work Email
server from outside the company network, even, if they
are using a POP server.
Duane appears to like PrintScreen deluxe, and I am merely
pointing out a way he can use it, that would be harder for his
employer to object to, because he would be running it on
his own hardware and his own internet service that he is
paying for. I dont see how an employer can object to you
using an ISP that you are paying for out of your own pocket,
instead of going through the company gateway.
