ccApp.exe is Norton's transparent anti-virus proxy. You need to select
to let Norton's firewall create an application rule automatically. If
that doesn't work, go into the application rules for the firewall,
delete those for Norton stuff (to force a relearn when they next run),
including ccapp.exe, and then select automatic configuration when you
get the alert again.
You may get multiple alerts depending on which options you have enabled
under Options -> Internet Security -> Firewall, called "Check access
settings ..." and "When one program launches another, ...".
