    1. Right-click on My Computer.
    2. Select "Manage".
    3. In the right pane, double-click "Services and Applications"
    4. In the Right pane, double-click "services"
    5. Scroll down to "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing" and
    double-click on it.
    6. Set the startup type to "Automatic".
