Hello

I have following problem

Our corporate firewall is a pair of Nokia IP350s running IPSO 3.8 working in
nokia cluster mode. They are also running Checkpoint FW-1/VPN-1 NG-AI R55.
These two firewalls have the policy server license loaded on them.

We are running SecureClient R56 configured to use Office mode and we
authenticate using certificate. We are able to connect successfully to our
internal network using SecureClient ... but we cannot download policy from
gateway

This is what the SecureClient Connection Progress dialogue box shows during
connection:

Checking network connectivity...
Preparing connection...
Connecting to gateway...
User authenticated
Connected to gateway
Detecting network parameters...
Checking for policy updates...
Failed to update policy from gateway: cluster
Failed to update policy
Connection succeeded

Everything was activated: policy server package in Voyager, desktop security
tab.....

Has anyone had problem like this?

thx for answers
