Good Lord, I think I know that MCSE! ;) A couple of years ago I was a
consultant and was called in to fix a big mess at a construction firm.
They had an MCSE trying to install an upgrade to their accounting app.
After spending 4 hours trying to install an update, she managed to delete
all the data from the server and several workstations. Then she walked
out, leaving everything fubarred and complaining to the owner that it was
my fault that she couldn't install the update because she didn't have
adequate permissions to install software. She was logged in as
administrator at the time. :)

It came out later that she had never even used a computer until a few
weeks before. She just memorized the MCSE test data and passed with flying
colors, while having no understanding of anything that she had memorized.
The scary part is that even after all that mess, she convinced the owner
that since she was an MCSE and I wasn't, that she *had* to be better
qualified for the job, and the dumbass hired her as the admin. Maybe he
wised up and sent her packing, and now she works for Staples. :)
