Hi Gary,

I was the OP on this thread (I shudder to think of what I
have caused...<g>) and want to check that I understand you
properly.

I have a five node net in our office. I travel with a laptop
on occasion.

For the net in the office, we pipe through a Linksys WRT54G
router.

When I travel with the laptop, I run it with Sygate Personal
Firewall.

In your view, would that constitute reasonable protection?

I will add that I do not carry with me the Whitehouse
Nuclear arming codes. (I keep those on index cards on my
desk.)
