I am also skeptical of marketing messages but neither do I rely on sole
sources of information.

I don't have their specs to hand and I'm unable to immediately spend time
researching the issue... however, word is that the latest offerings among
Linksys broadband units seem to offer everything in a firewall with the
exception of application-level filtering. Sounds like they are beyond
simple NAT...

If you have the units on hand, you should be able to determine the answer
reasonably quickly.

Sorry, I didn't mean to invoke a protracted conversation; simply intended to
indicate to Duane that it might not be best to make sweeping declarations,
especially in an absence of all the facts.
