I bought a Dell desktop a couple months ago, and now the pre-installed
Norton Internet Security says my free updates are expiring, and I have
to pay to renew my subscription. Is the Windows Firewall that comes
with SP2 an acceptable substitute? Would I be safe to just uninstall
Norton and use the Windows Firewall instead? I have very little
knowledge about internet security, so advice on whether or not this
would be safe would be helpful. Thanks. -Emmett
