The Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org) is your friend when
looking for documentation on obsolete gear. I was able to locate the
old Pivio and Crossport web sites from before the company was sold off
to Lineo a couple of years ago. The Wayback Machine allowed me to
find enough documentation to resolve the issue concerning system
password resets. The archive stores many of the file attachments, but
the user guide (at 1.3MB) was probably considered too large to
include.
