Soft vpn to Zywall 10

Hello to all the members of this group her is my problème
I want to connect from my home to my office Through VPN
In the office > Zywall10 as firewall with a static IP and Network with
Windows2000 Serveur as file Server and Routeur (Win2000 server is
configure as LocalDNS)
at home I am using a Soft to configure VPN
I have succed to connect to my Office through VPN many times But evry
time I have to try for ages before I get through the log in my soft
says
: - SENDING>>>> ISAKMP OAK MM (SA, VID 2x)
  - message not received! Retransmitting!
  - SENDING>>>> ISAKMP OAK MM (Retransmission)
Any clue or hint that could help Me?
