Hello
Some ISPs test their customer's ports to look for
infected hosts, so they can "see" who is infected
and prevent you from connecting.
When you call to know "why is my internet not working",
they can ask to dis-infect the computer, so they can reduce
the load on their network caused by infected hosts scanning
for other hosts.
Best solution : ask your ISP.
