Do you use 2 software firewalls on one machine, or is it that you have
more machines with on some of them kerio and on some of them ZA? Do not
use 2 software fw on 1 macine. It is possible that the combination
causes troubles. Choose just one of them (personally I would go for
kerio 2.1.5).

You need to set up your ftp server software properly to allow your users
to make folders and write files.
https normally uses port 443. So your firewall needs to allow outbound
traffic to destination port 443.
