WatchGuard SOHO 6tc reboots often

We have installed a WatchGuard SOHO 6tc with WebBlock. Since a few
days the box is rebooting a dozen times a day without any apprent
reason. WatchGuard Support said that SOHO sometimes has this problem
which sorts out on disabling Webblock. But in our case even on
desabling WebBlock it still re boots.
Also lately when checking mail from Yahoo etc. suddenly [after
permiting checking of 1 -2 mail] it blocks the site and asks for
administrator password.
LSS expired 10 days ago. [fresh upgrad key is expected this week]
