Eric, You've got me stumped. Click on the ZoneLabs Forums link
inside your ZA Help files, and go to the Install, Uninstall and
Upgrade Section, and check out the posts there for your problem, or
ask your own question. There are problems with ZA and XP SP2 that are
helpful with that OS. There are also good instructions for a clean
uninstall and reinstall of ZA. You must have had a conflict with
another program running at install. I hope you've already scanned to
make sure it's not caused by viruses or malware? Good luck.
