using two firewalls

    If I belong to a certain domain www.abc.com and my website is
    pqr.abc.com. www.abc.com is behind a firewall. For additional security
    if I want to put my website pqr.abc.com behind another firewall how do
    I configure another firewall(and which should I use) to make my site
    more
    secure? I am just a directory on the main webserver's machine and I
    dont have access to the main webserver's machine and have access only
    to my folder. Can I do this?
    Also is that the best idea or should I do something else to make my
    site more secure?
