Thank you for responding ... Upon the advice of an MIS Tech where I
work, I purchased a LinkSys 4 port DSL/Cable Router ... He said this
should solve my firewall issues because it has a "built-in" firewall
... I also plan on purchasing an additional computer and the router
will allow me to connect both systems at the same time ... My question
now is, how do I know that this router is protecting my computer? ...
It is configured properly (after 30 mins talking to tech support) and
running ... Is there a way to test this router like you can test a
software firewall or am I supposed to assume that it is working?
Again, any and all assistance is appreciated.
