The mail address I use to post in newsgroups is not a real address
because it can be harvested by spammers. Yours is advertised in the
headers as From: "Richard" <whyshouldi@hetnet.nl> so spammers will read
the newsgroups automatically and harvest theses addresses. You will get
spam.

I use a special address which when it receives mail it forwards the mail
to spam databases thus leaving my real email address clear of spam.
