pix firewall and MS VPN server problem

We are setting up a new install of a Windows 2000 VPN server through a PIX
firewall. I can connect to the server fine from the inside, however from the
outside I get Error The confusing thing about this is that sometimes it
actually works. When I initially set it up this morning I was able to
connect from the outside fine, multiple times, for extended period of times.
A few hours pass and I can no longer connect. We had this setup on a Windows
2000 server before and experienced teh same problem and never had any
resolution. Here are the lines that were added to the pix:
