1) Circumventing your AUP will get you fired.

2) It's easy to see your outbound connection maintained to your home PC
by watching the firewall.

3) It's easy to monitor how much time your PC spent accessing sites, any
sites, in or outside the local network.

4) They don't want to you doing this, so be adult enough to not do it.

If you don't like working under such restrictions, and you can't control
yourself, quit and get a new job where you can do what you want to do.
