PIX 515-Limiting SMTP from authorized IP's

I am currently evaluating a spam filtering company and they requested
that we limit inbound SMTP traffic from their email servers to mine. Im
new to the pix command line and am having trouble with figuring this
out. I am guessing that I need to configure an access list but am not
sure. Can someone please provide some guidance??
