javascript:openwin AND Norton firewall 2004

Hi all,

When i clik on a internet link which starts a javascript (opens a new
window)
(it looks like javascript:openwin) it doesn't work when norton firewall 2004
is on.
If i shut it off everything is working.
Does anyone know how to change that?
