    this is not as hard as you are saying

    "stealth" is a word used on many sites and in many
    programs, and means "no response"

    isnt it clear ?

    there is no other possibilities, as long as you are
    talking about UDP and TCP ports

    ICMP is not involved in "stealth" concept
