Scott,

I'm going to to bow down to you. You are "da man"!!! I have searched
the net and couldn't find the answer until you came along. Using the
serial number as a username and password works.

Now, I'm pissed to know that Netscreen wants to charge $150 to reset
the password when all it takes is to publish that short info. I would
understand if they had to open up the box and physically rewire to
reset the password, then $150 seems reasonable. But those jackasses
want to make $150 for typing the serial number twice? Shame on you
Netscreen! Hopefully, Juniper will change the policy of greed.
