I don't see people running to get the SP2 fix. Not when M$ has already
said that certain apps will not work after this fix. Would be nice if
this SP2 fix does what it claims that it will do. But as always I don't
plan to hold my breath anticipating it. M$ track record is lousy. I
can't even count on both hands the number of fixes that wasn't. That is
how poor of a job they have done in the past. I don't expect this to
change. When setting up a newbie box I always tell them if you run
Windows you need all the protection you can get. Depend on yourself for
the security on your box. Don't count on M$ to fix it. No one considers
me paranoid about this either. I have had several to say they were glad
for the advice I had given them.
