Actually, a WatchGuard 700 goes for about $1600 and takes about an hour
to setup from scratch. It's an appliance, requires less resources, has
less parts, is faster in genera, has good support, and does more than
your suggested setup.
A WatchGuard 1000 (to easily handle more than 200 users/nodes) is about
$2400 and offers even more.
The 700 series is more then enough for a standard 200 node network.
