Sygate requested

I 've been using for some time the Sygate Firewall (ver 5.5 build 2516). A
few days ago I switched to zone alarm. The connection (dial up modem) will
be made only 2 times out of 3 tries, but no receiving or transmission. Only
when I activate the Sygate firewall, everything will work fine. OS W2000.
Any ideas, folks?

James
