What kind of Firewall for my small business enterprse ?

I've got the mision to secure my enterprise LAN.
What is the easiest solution to secure my LAN ?

I'm leaving the enterprise after this operation, so I can't install a
computer wih a linux firewall (because nobody knows computer instead of me).

The Symantec Firewall/VPN 200 is it a good solution ?
what can I do instead ?
