I've been trying to use Walmart's new for-fee music download service but
every time I click on the "Listen" link to play a sample of a selected
song, an error message pops up from the MP with this text: "Windows
Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name may be
incorrect or the server is busy. Try again later." I use the latest MP 9
version in my Win XP Home Ed system.
I think the problem is due to some kind of firewall/security setting for
when I unload my ZoneAlarm firewall, the problem disappears. I also use
Linksys router/firewall between my cable modem and network card.
Anybody knows how I might go about fixing this problem without having to
unload the ZoneAlarm? I don't trust the Linksys alone with firewall
duty.
Thanks,
Rudy
