Norton Internet Security 2004 Integrator issues....

I just installed NIS 2004 last night, I did everything the instructions
tole me to, and it was working fine at first (I have Windows ME and my ISP
is Juno).

When the live update finished running, I got a message telling me to reboot
my computer. I did, and after that when I tried to launch NIS, I got an
error message telling me that the Integrator wasn't working.

Any clues?
