That said:

I do 90% of my jobs on the road, often plugging into local internet
cafes. Bringing a router is not possible for me.

As long as I can generate HTML files, the technology I use is not "out
of date".
Thanks again for the links. But what I really want to know is:
Is Win98, with whatever patches/fixes installed, a secure OS.
Especially from the newest virsuses/worms out there?
