Sure you are. You threw the first blow when you decided to use "nazi-filtering"
to characterize the practice.

However, the list cited is much too general to be of any use. The "mostly Asian"
list of subnets includes pockets in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the
U.S., among others.
