Have you though about using Kerio? It's quite configurable, and the
footprint of version 2.1.5 is relatively small.

As for IE, you can still ditch it. Mozilla Firebird loads quite fast
(same core) even on a lowly 600MHz PC, and includes a built in pop-up
blocker. With the addition of the Adblock & User Agent Switcher
extensions you can almost eliminate your "Local Proxy Filter" from the
setup too...
