How?

I recently installed SyGate (didn't set advanced rules; I am new to
Firewall installation too and got help from someone in
comp-security,.friewalls.)

I was able to telnet after SyGate installation. But, the next day
(yesterday) I couldn't.

I just go Start-Run and put "telnet ADDRESS". Then, we learned about
putty and telnetting through putty was working too. But, I was doing
w/o it the lats time I was able to telnet.
