Port knocking under Windows

I have been reading about port knocking as a way to permit trusted
users to open ports through a firewall. Everything I have read
applies to Unix-based systems (such as
http://www.portknocking.org/view/about). Has anyone implemented port
knocking under Windows?

Note: I'm not asking about the merits of port knocking, which have
been discussed elsewhere. I just want to know if anyone has
implemented it under Windows.

Thank you.
