You'll have to go to the Start Button/Add Remove Programs/Windows
Compontents Add Remove/Networking/Details/check mark on Internet Connection
Firewall. It will call for the install CD.

You may want to do a little of this too.

Use Active Ports (free use Google) to watch the inbound and outbound
connections to the machine.

Use IPsec to stop inbound or outbound connections, because the XP FW by
itself cannot stop outbound. It looks like ICF will be able to stop
outbound with the release of SP2 for XP later this year.
