In my opinion, no, you don't need two firewalls if you have a home network.
But what do you mean by two firewalls? If you have a broadband router that
actually IS a firewall also, then yes that's technically two firewalls. In
that situation, if you want more security, you can use two, but it's not
necessary.
If you have a router that does NOT do firewalling, then you'll need to keep
your software firewalls.
The reason, in my opinion, that the leak test connects on the ICS machine is
because 1) ICS SUCKS in terms of how it's arranged, how easy it is to use,
and 2) because ICS SUCKS in terms of security.
If you're using ICS, I'm thinking you're NOT using a router, but I could be
wrong. Please reply back and tell us your configuration and all.
