Hmmm... check if you have "log suspisious packets" checked. If you
don't, do so. Kerio tends to block some stuff by default and you can't
do a thing to stop it from it. If that is your problem, only solution
would be to change firewall :/
I had a simmilar peoblem with my ISP, but luckilly, I know some people
there, pointed out the problem and they fixed their mailserver.
BTW, that "block all unknown" rule is quite handy. Can log averything
not allowed and when you need to instal new network-related stuff, you
simply uncheck it.
