FYI, this is how most ad-filtering proxies work: They strip out
strings of data they consider "bad" -- strings that match predefined
patterns in their database. ZA just replaces it with that banner to
let you know what and why it was filtered. Most other ad and
scum-filtering proxies like Proxomitron, Web Washer, etc. don't bother
inserting anything.

I'll wager the pic source on that page matched a filter rule in ZA's
Privacy section, or, coincidentally, looked advertisement-ish. I don't
know ZAP well, but doesn't it allow you to modify filters or to create
exceptions? You can then access this site without blocking blocking
real pop-ups and ads.
