I'm a happy Sonicwall Pro 230 user -- at least until now. I stated with
the 200 Pro (which eventually toasted on me) and am on firmware 6.5.0.3.
Now I notice they have a Global VPN Client Enterprise and VPN Client
Upgrade upgrade.
I purchased the 200 (and 230) for unlimited VPN usuage, the full client
not the "Global Client". Now their web site shows I don't have client
licenses for the VPN, although it recognizeds my Global VPB licenses.
Does the firmware upgrade effectively kill VPN through its licensing checks?
Also, what does the Global VPN Client "Enterprise" offer beyond the
"standard" Global VPN Client?
Thanks,
--Seth
