OK, lets try to figure that out. From your post I read the following
(correct me if I am wrong):
The dm 602 is connected to the internet, having a WAN IP (is that
static or dynamic?) and LAN IP 192.168.0.1.
The Axis is connected to the Linksys, which has local (private/LAN) IP
192.168.1.1.
Question is, what is the WAN IP of the Linksys and how is it connected
to the DM602? If the DM602 is to route anything to the Linksys, the
Linksys WAN IP should be something in the subnet of the dm 602´s LAN
address, namely 192.168.0.xxx (assuming that the subnet mask is
255.255.255.0)
Then the dm602 should use port forwarding (port 80) towards the
Linksys´ WAN-address. The Linksys in turn should forward port 80 to
192.168.1.101.
In a setting like this, where you run a public server (the Axis), I
would highly recommend to skip DHCP all together and use static
addresses only in the internal network.
Also, if you try to use the dm602´s WAN address from inside your
network, you are very likely to run into trouble. Have you ever tried
to use it from any other system outside your own network?

Again, the dm602 should _not_ forward to 192.168.1.101, but to the WAN
address of the linksys. The Linksys then should forward to
192.168.1.101.

Not really easy, but we will get there somehow :-)
