They must be joking. IE is so entrenched a part of the windows operating
system that you can't remove it.

Don't use someone else's software to do things that drastic. Besides, like
I said, you CAN'T uninstall internet explorer (or, you can't without
risking serious damage to your windows OS).

Like Lars said, stop downloading krap. You need a good firewall and good
antivirus, and you need to stop surfing sites that "have fleas".
