Unable to uninstall ZoneAlarm to install TrendMicro PC-Cillin Suite

I've tried disabling ZoneAlarm, uninstalling it through it's own s/w,
uninstalling from Win 98 CP add/remove s/w, but it still won't budge.
I've even tried ignoring the request during the PC-cillin install to
remove ZoneAlarm first, but the installation process doesn't complete.
Help!!!! Has this happened to anyone else?
