I think you've already done what I would have. However, contact Symantec
for a support request and MAKE them help you.
Also, I'll state this one more time just for the heck of it. The rules
should state:
"Allow Networking"
Allow
TCP AND UDP
Ports: 135-139 and 445
IP range 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255
That's very broad, but it should work fine that way.
