If you have a router and you do not host any web servers, FTP server,
etc then you do not.
Your router will block anything and everything that is initiated from
the outside world. The only internet traffic that will get to your
computer is what you intiate. Make sure you keep anti-virus up to date
and you are fine. Save your money.
