Hello.
I'm trying to decide what firewall to use on my underpowered Win2K machine.
Previously, I had AtGuard on Win98SE.
Well, the hard drive died, I no longer have the program and the key and there is nobody to call (maybe it is time to move to something more modern anyway).
I tried Tiny 5. Couldn't figure it out - very complex and no help to speak of. Deleted it.
Tried ZoneAlarm next. That, on the other hand, seems too simple and inflexible.
I liked AtGuard's balance between configurability and ease of use.
Also the fact that it was easy on the resources (ran it on a P/200 with 64MB).
So, what personal firewall will provide with a similar experience to AtGuard in terms of configurability and low resource usage (using a K6-2/400 with 256MB now) while being able to cope with the recent attacks as well?
Thank you!
