Of course it didn't Duane. Nobody is questioning what steps you have
taken to fix your own problems. The responses were all simply pointing
out that the single symptom you were proposing a fix for is a symptom
that shows up for many reasons not just for the problems you were
experiencing. The majority of people who are having DHCP issues are not
experiencing the same issue that you were so the steps to take to fix it
will be different.
