I use Choice Mail.
My problem comes down to this. I talked to Norton Tech Support. On an error that occurs, when I turn
on Privacy module, I get an error. They said that their online documentation should fix it. Later,
they said that they could not fix the problem (won't is more like it).
There is a glitch in there password protection, that if turned on, gives a false message referring
to me sending spam.
I ended up, formatting the whole machine, only installing Norton Internet 2003, Win 2K with sp4 and
all patches, plus my Eudora and ChoiceMail. I still got the error. Basically, there is a conflict
between NIS, when Privacy module is turned on. They know about the problem. However, their fix, did
not fix the problem. So they just gave me back my money for the tech support phone call.
Their program only starting giving me this error in the last 3 weeks. I don't have a virus. There is
nothing in the registry conflicting with their program. By reinstalling everything after a format,
and only installing very few programs, they agreed, that they don't know how to fix it.
Anyway, all I am looking for is an add-on program, to make sure that sensitive information like
passwords are not being sent with out my authority.
Does anyone have any software on the market like this?
Thanks much,
