Hello All,

I have a Checkpoint FW-1 4.1 and the log file has never beens exported since
it was put in back in Jan 2002. I'm trying to export the log file to keep a
copy in the safe, and to make sure we only have current logs on screen as
not to confuse any investigations we may have.

However, when I export the log, it stops about 30% though stating Slow
connection and aborts, and none of the log has been exported. Does anybody
have any ideas how to export the whole log?

I'm doing this from the management console and not on the firewall itself,
would this make a big difference?

cheers,

M
