Is it possible that Windows XP "Internet Connexion Firewall" prevents
Outlook Express to send messages?
Desactivating ICF seems to cure the problem. I am aware this is not a
permanent solution, I want enable ICF again and find the appropriate
setting.
Any suggestions?
