Faulty Nornton Interent Email Alert Keeps Popping Up

I have Win 2k with Norton Internet Security 2003.

I keep getting this popup message that is driving me crazy. It locks up my email,
and I can't get email, until I click "okay" in the right hand corner of my computer.

Your email message was unable to be sent because your email
server rejected the message
554. Your message has been returned by our UCE / Spam filter # 5.7.1

I went to Norton's site and did the following as suggested.

1) In Norton Antivirus, options, email scanning, I "unchecked" scan outgoing message

2) In Norton Internet Security, Options, Internet Security, email, I turned off "progress
indicator".

This popup alert, is driving me crazy. I have been checking and all of my emails are getting
through. I also, don't seem to be getting messages bounced by my ISP.

So all I want to do, is to stop the alerts, because until I click on Okay, my emal seems seems to
LOCK UP.
